We aim to help develop apprentices' skills and ensure they gain valuable practical hands on experience whilst working with highly skilled colleagues and state of the art equipment in a safe, efficient, and enjoyable environment.

Each of the apprentices follow a structured program over the course of 42 months combined with college attendance and a hands-on role here at MSCM, to achieve an accredited level of competence and knowledge.

The apprentices each have a mentor with who they work with daily to ensure learning is constant and appropriate tasks are discussed and worked through correctly. We encourage learning and development, and wish for the apprentices to enjoy what they do, do it well, and succeed, for their future and MSCM’s.

Whilst all at different stages of their apprenticeship program, our apprentices Harry, Sam, and Kyle each earn while they learn here at MSCM. They each have our full support as we really understand the importance of apprenticeships, with many of our employees coming from apprenticeship programs themselves bringing an enjoyable and successful career.
