Current Vacancies

Responsible for identifying, maintaining, and developing opportunities for promotion of MSCM products within the oil and gas industry.  Advise Clients and prospective Clients on product placement, provide written quotations and provide ongoing support.

The role will include working side-by-side with engineers, contractors, sales team, purchasing, and clients. Throughout the course of the project, you will continue to evaluate all aspects and recommend budget adjustments as needed or correct problems that may be associated with product assembly, shipping delays or wasted material.

Main Responsibilities: 

Sales Functions
– Conduct commercial negotiations with new and existing clients.
– Process purchase orders onto MRP system
– Conduct contract reviews.
– Analyse documentation, such as drawings and other data, to prepare materials, cost, time, and labour estimates.
– Break down all expenses and prepare reports to assist management in the organising, planning, and scheduling of work.
– Collect cost data to estimate total costs for both current and future projects.
– Perform onsite investigations during the course of a project and adjust project budgets as needed.
– Recommend ways to reduce cost in the areas of labour, materials, and assembly to benefit the company.
– Track actual costs as a project develops and assess cost effectiveness of projects, services, or products.

Client Interaction
– Participate in client interface meetings to support the sales and project engineering departments.
– Participate in offsite meetings/exhibitions.

Engineering
– Liaise with Clients on project design.
– Assist the project management team to convert client engineering requirements into detailed defined instructions and designs for the procurement and production departments.
– Provide quotation data in the form of layout drawings.
– Offer technical assistance when necessary.
– Attend internal design reviews.
– Assist in the development of design standards.
