Manufacturing
Keeping our manufacturing functions in-house allows us to ensure unmatched flexibility in responding to changing project demands, as well as enabling us to maintain close control over all processes to assure the highest quality standards. We see great value in our manufacturing capabilities, and as such invest substantially in the latest machinery and in ensuring that our technicians are highly skilled and exceptionally trained.
In-house manufacturing facilities include: CNC Machining - Milling, Turning, and 5-Axis; CNC Tube Bending; Welding - Manual and Automatic; Fitting and Assembly Area; Automatic Turntables for Bundles and Flying Leads; Flushing Pump with Particle Counter and Flow Meter.
Testing
MSCM have a wide array of in-house testing capabilities, including high-pressure testing and non-destructive testing (NDT).
All of our products are tested thoroughly to give you confidence that they will perform flawlessly through the design life.
In-house testing facilities include: Static Pressure Testing - up to 1,725 bar (25,000 psi), Dimensional Verification - Co-ordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), Positive Material Identification (PMI), Ferrite Scope, Dye Penetrant Inspection, Radiography.
Documentation
As standard, all MSCM products are supplied with detailed, comprehensive manufacturing record books (MRBs) to guarantee complete traceability.
Every single component plays a critical part in an incredibly complex system, and therefore ensuring that every part can be traced back from origin, through each manufacturing activity, testing, and final application is of paramount importance.
Our meticulous recording and documentation gives you the confidence that our product will perform reliably and safely through its full service life.
